Sorry I couldn't race last night. My sister made me go to bed early. Did you win?

Nope, haha, except maybe once I suppose, but pretty much if I'm not on a bike I can't expect to win regularly.

It's tough to say, but I'd say indecisiveness/shyness is a major problem. Even when they know they want to do something, they might back down and play it off like they don't care or whatever, but I can always tell when a girl wants to do/say something but they don't do it. I guess that's not annoying in the traditional sense of the word, but it can be frustrating when a girl is holding back.

Is this trivia, or do you just want to know who says that sort of thing? I don't think I've heard anybody but old ladies say anything like that in normal conversation.

Your crew is shit!

I'm totally ready, though I'm quite certain I'll only win if the items work in my favor. Playing a heavyweight on a kart is pretty hard cuz you slide all over the place.

How can I be more analytical? Honestly, I've never been one to try and find things to base opinions off of.

What weight level do you prefer when racing? I'm best with medium. Heavy are just too hard for me to control, and too clunky, and light go flying if barely tapped....

I didn't realize there were banks that worked on the honor system. Anyway banks are lame.

In what means? Do you mean like, for games like Diplomacy and Werewolf, where deduction, strategy, and rhetoric can make all the difference? Or just in general? I think the best thing to do is observe people. Notice what they do when they lie, when they're nervous, when they're genuine, etc. The theater was great for that, you had plenty of time to observe people, on or off stage (acting counts since the core of acting is essentially lying to the audience). If you want to be more analytical about science, politics, etc. then you'll have to just pay attention to the news and articles and things. You'll notice after a while that people often don't know what they're talking about.

In Mario Kart, medium is my favorite for real races, though I could probably win consistently with any vehicle if I know the controls and tracks well enough, and items don't screw me over. Heavyweights have the issue of poor acceleration and handling, and in Mario Kart you're guaranteed to crash a few times in a race. Lightweights, yeah, they're too weak and their top speed is disappointing. In F-Zero, the range is a bit different, but I like vehicles that are sort of light-to-middleweight, cuz the heavy vehicles turn so poorly, you just turn into a pinball if you mess up on a turn. F-Zero's unique, though, cuz even the lightest vehicles can take out the heaviest with one precise hit.

Actually, my teacher for AP world history says to be more anayltical about Ancienct Civilizations. Is there any way to be more analytical about a civilizations governetment, economy, geography, ect?

Fuck the b-b-b-bank

If it's historic, then you'd have to find other sources that offer a different explanation. Basically, the historians have to piece things together based on what they know, which in a way is like playing Werewolf, in that you have to decide for yourself what the real deal is, unless some new evidence pops up. Think about how for the longest time, people said Columbus discovered America, and then people were like "well, I guess the Vikings found it first, and the Native Americans had been there for who knows how long". If you were to just accept the first thing you read as the truth and didn't keep looking for more possibilities, you'd be wrong about so many things.

Have you played Super Mario Galaxy? I've been meaning to play it all week, but I hate the feeling that I should be playing other games I have sitting around. Do you know the feeling? What do you do about it?

I have, and at first I found it easy, but then most of the "hard" levels were just cheap, like throwing in more holes and stuff. Was really awesome that they let me play as Luigi though. But I know the feeling, where you have some games already started and you just suddenly feel like playing something totally different. I don't really fight it, cuz I won't be having fun if I'm forcing myself to play something, and none of the games are going anywhere so I can just play them some other time.

I keep telling myself to just play what I want lest it feel like a chore.

I love Super Mario Galaxy though, even if I didn't beat it completely and get to play as Luigi like everyone else did. I know I was pretty close, but there were a few tricky ones I didn't manage to complete and I guess I just never managed to finish the game. I'll probably start a new file though, because I want to get back into the groove of playing and, well, enjoy the experience not the frustration of hard stars.
