Points; 15 12 10 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 ;D EDIT: Cool! How about going wolrdwide? Races just between two gets a little boring. Thanks Charmy! This is how the points will be distributed for the first round. Now as for the second round...the versus round. So, I don't know if we can get everyone to race against each other at the same time, we could try and do that for the second round. But if not we could just do 1-on-1 races. What do y'all think? |

I'm not so fond of 1-on-1 races for a tournament. I'd sort of prefer to play as a group then take the ranks.

Either way is fine. I think in a group would be better; I'm less likely to get creamed as fast. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

When it's two player the player coming second is always left with storm clouds and it seems a bit unfair. D':
And are we still racing Zen? X3 |

Charmy said it best. 2 player races have a very small item pool, with single shells, bananas, fake item blocks, and those freakin thunderclouds being the only items. Pretty much, the guy in second gets stuck with those thunderclouds and ends up making no progress.

I'm sorry, Charms. It took too long. I told my mom I was gonna eat my PB&J, take a shower, and then we could play Nancy Drew. We MIGHT get done with time afterwards, but we might not. Wait...why aren't you at school, Charmy?

I believe eight. Okay. Just go to Rankings, then choose Time Trials then pick MoonviewHighway and choose me and the option to send should appear. EDIT: Lolz, Saffy beat me! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) EDIT2: The winner is also getting a set and they MUST wear it! Okay. I'm totally not entering this *is shot* But I need to make a point made, since Oscar asked me to do the winning set. If you do not LIKE said set, request in the shop and tell me so. I'll do what you want, so think of it like a ticket. Because the set Oscar requested beforehand ain't lookin too good....(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) *leaves once more.* |

I just saw the set and it looks great! Everyone will like it. If not, I'm sure it'll be a simple problem.
Everyone: Okay, we will try to have a group race, but I don't know how smoothly that'll go. I too like the group races, but getting everyone on at the same time is tough! |

Half-half? How many people does that put in one group if we split it in the middle?

Half-half? How many people does that put in one group if we split it in the middle? It would be four and four! But that could still cause problems, but I guess not much! I'll think up the groups tonight. EDIT: Well, maybe we could try for a full group this time and see how it goes! |

I want us to have it done by Tuesday night, but the deadline will be Wednesday. We'll try to do it tomorrow, that is when the round starts anyways. I'll be posting your points a little later tonight!
EDIT: Okay, I don't know if anybody is actually still trying to get a good time, but I doubt it. SO here are the final results for round one! (I hope everyone updated their times) First Place- Katie with 1:56.077! Impressive! 15 points for you. Second Place- Oscar 1:56.620. 12 points for me. Third Place- Saffy 1:57.850. 10 points for you. Fourth Place- Zen Clarke 1:58.023. 8 points for ya. Fifth Place- Lindstrom 1:58.726. 7 points for you. Sixth Place- Charmy 2:00.649. 6 points for you. Seventh Place- HMR 2:09:766. 5 points for ya. I'll post these results in the first post and put up a rankings list. ZBoy automatically gets 8 points, because I messed up. I hope you guys don't mind. Oh and Katie, since you got the best time, you get to pick the four stages we will be competing in for the second round! Everyone will have to follow her order of stages in the voting screen. The deadline for this one is Wednesday by midnight. |

Dang, I just got home and was hoping I could still compete. Thank you for giving me points though.
I know I'll be able to participate in all the other competitions, and of course the first one just had to be the week I was leaving. :P |

I'm just as surprised too! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I was looking through your replay and I noticed you had the flame runner and that Funky Kong guy, so I was all "what the heck, I might as well try that." And I did. On like my third try I got that time! I sent you a ghost thing right after, though I felt like I was all over the place so I'm confused I did so well. Haha.

I really couldn't stand to keep trying that level. There's just so much you can do. But hey, I'm really happy I was able to get my time down below 2 minutes. To me that's very impressive.
