It doesn't do much justice for me Be Happy, the text is hard to read towards her hand/skin, and the render on the left seems to not match with those on the right. Its nice blending. But you can do MUCH better ;]

It looks nice, but its looks a little too blocky and/or simple shaped. And Haruhi really annoys me. I mean I actually thought it was interesting (only saw like two episodes), but I hate how popular she is. Her face is just so annoying.

the flower thing is a little random. and the font doesn't really flatter the sig ( I dunno if that sounded right... )
the person is a little blurry and the sig maybe too simple.
For the avi its not as bad, simple, yet it uses all the space so It's simpleness is okay

But that rain effect bothers me. I dunno, the theme is really awesome and original, but the rain is too eh. Scanlines would look good, another rain effect, just not this one. I think its that the lines are too big perhaps? Who knows.

The flower is not random at all. It has a lot of meaning, and if you think its blurry you might need classes.


Maybe read the avatar and you can see why the flower is there. Sorry its not a random ninja boy.

The writing is a bit hard to see, maybe changing the colour or make it glow( outside glow) would be better.
Personally I like your sig, but I think it would be better if the background is red instead of blue
