Fuwafuwa (ふわふわ). I always have one named "Fuwafuwa." In fact, I usually have multiple ones named that.
I also often get silly and name others after other animals. So I usually have chickens named Cow, Pig, Horse, Dog, Cat, Sheep (I use that one a lot), etc. If I feel REALLY mean, I'll name them things like KFC, Fried, Crispy, Meat, Bake... You get the idea. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) Note: I do NOT endorse cruelty to animals. Ah, I'm uninspired. ^^;;;;;; |

As goofy as it may or may not sound, I tend to theme my animals. The cows are often named after trees (Maple, Sakura etc), Sheep flowers (Freesia, Calla etc), and my chickens I tend to name alphabetically. In other words, my first chicken would be given a name starting with an A, second with a B, third with a C, and so on and so forth.
Helps you keep track of them. P= Yes, I know, strange, but effective! Apple, Orange, Banana.. I tends to name them according to fruits name. dunno why XD ; Sorry for the double post, but that's a good idea. :3 I never considered fruit.. Maybe I should try that some time too. |

For some reason, I only ever have two chickens, and two ducks. I always name my first chicken Cucu, and my second one's usually Chickide (cuz my mom calls me that sometimes). My ducks are Duckie and Quackers. x3 But yeah. Always Cucu. (I dunno if it's spelled right right now. I usually look it up before I name it.)

@Myste >> lol, I actually do the same as you with the cows and sheep. I used flower names for them, such as rose, orchid, etc. But for chicken I used fruit names. When I ran out of names, I switch to japanese names such as ran, himawari, ringo, orenji, etc (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) D

Well, I remember in 4th grade we read a book where a girl owned three chickens, and one of their names was Rosebud. I remember one time after school I was playing AWL and I couldn't think of a name, so I just used Rosebud. Since then I seem to always use that name. I also find myself using Yolky and Egbert. ;)

A few years ago I got tired of coming up with different chicken puns so I literally just gave them a number. It made it much easier to tell who would be the best chicken to put in a contest. I always knew that number 1 would be best. laziness has its perks I guess. I might stop once AP comes out.
