Kid Icarus
Legend of Zelda
Super Mario Brothers 3
Kirby's Adventure
Metroid
Mega Man 2, 3, 4, or 5

Just keep in mind that games made for NES are way harder than games today.

Is it just me or does Kid Icarus have a like, weird difficulty curve? The first levels are the hardest, but then you get the Fire Arrows and more health and stuff and the only thing that'll really kill you is the holes in the ground.
