So, it seems now that Michael Jackson's death has now been ruled as a homicide... They said the physician tried to overdose Michael Jackson on sedatives.
Anyways, talk about this here. All I know is that I know a bunch of Attorneys are just RARIN' to get their hands on this case. |

What a cruel thing to do. But in all honesty, I'm kinda sick of hearing all about his death on the news, it just never seems to settle...

Basically.
He had a heart attack/stroke/god knows what. If you didn't know, the results of the autopsy were NOT RELEASED. What does this mean? A bunch of lawyers from michael jackson's side wanted to get some money so they put a doctor in jail. In turn they probably made a deal with some magazine company to publish the story. So instead of him dying of natural causes/the other BILLION drugs he was on, they decided to put the blame on his poor doctor and get some cash out of it. ITs a sad sad day in the neighborhood. |

It's not like no one expected something like this to happen. It's sickening though. Why does the poor man have to suffer anymore?

The doctor is still innocent until proven guilty. HS is right though, it sounds like they just want to get some money out of it.

Sounds like it? It's pretty obvious that this is just a sleazy act on some attorney's behalf at a publicity attempt. You know how many people became rich off of OJ Simpson's case? This is just that all over again.

I doubt the doctor intended to harm Jackson, so I think it's a bit of a leap to rule it a homicide.
But, the public doesn't know all the facts, so we have to make our judgments on limited knowledge. I do, however, think it was very irresponsible on the doctor's part to allow Jackson to have all those medications. Yes, Jackson may have requested for help from prescribed medications, but the doctor - and Jackson - should have been aware that taking a lot of prescriptions drugs can have dangerous consequences. |

Marie: Manslaughter is still a huge crime in the court of law, whether intended or not. That's what these attorneys are probably trying to get the doctor found guilty of.

The thing is, if it wasn't MJ, they probably wouldn't have blamed the doctor and stretched out ideas. It would've been nothing if it was someone not famous.

People put too much emotion and prejudice into these cases. It appears to me that the man is a drug head, and he had a heart attack and died. It happens all the time. Even to the King of pop. I'm not saying he's a molestor, because obviously, I don't know, but because of biases, we won't know the reality of that story, either.

The British tabloids, as always, proclaim JACKO'S DEATH WAS MURDER!!!!!!!! and MJ'S DOCTOR PROVED GUILTY BASTARD!!!!!!!. It's more interesting than "He had a heart attack".
I doubt Columbo is needed for this. |

That's definately more of an Agatha-Christie kind of thing. Everyone knows little old ladies are best at solving mysteries in small communities.

Columbo! I used to watch that when I was home from school {which was a lot}.
Really, I could give a sh-t less. Jackson took the fricking drugs willingly. You can't blame every doctor for every junkie having an overdose. |
