When you say ending do you mean like a cutscene that represents the end? Or do they have the whole credits role, restart the game to continue playing shmuck?

The term "ending" is misleading. The game doesn't actually end. The storyline part does end, but not the game itself.
The credits roll after beating the storyline and again after your child is born. But after that, you can continue playing. And those are the only times you get to see the credits. |

Yes, there are only 2 "endings."
Sorry, I get a little overly wordy sometimes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) |

Really? There might be something wrong with your copy of the game then... Neither of my games do that. (I have both the English and Japanese versions.) I've always been able to play just fine after getting the "Ending."

I have never played rune factory or even considered buying it. Is Rune Factory Frontier worth it? Or am I better off waiting for Animal Parade?

Rune Factory Frontier is a definitively enjoyable gameplay experience.
Topic reminds me I need to get that child at some point. Should play today. |

Runey management can be a pain, but once you learn how to keep them from dying off (grow lots of grass!) they're not bad.
Yeah, the game is definitely worth it. ^^ |
