Tool degrading? Is it possible? - RFF Options

I was wondering if it was possible to degrade a tool, meaning is there a way I can make my "Starter Fishing Pole" turn back into a "Cheap Fishing Pole"? Because I upgraded it before I got my skill to level 10...I didn't know I needed a specific skill level to use the upgraded pole D:
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You don't need the skill level to use it, it just takes up a lot more RP that way. I think the most you can do as far as downgrading is make a new one.

Well I tried using it, but it wouldn't let me :/ Probably because I have 0 fishing skill (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) if I got the 3 skill points from Cinnamon's Constellation would I be able to use it you think?

Is it possible to make the starting fishing pole?

Hm. I don't recall ever having that problem. Well, you should be able to just go ahead and make a new fishing rod.

Alrighty, well don't you already need a Fishing pole to make another one? I don't think I can make one from scratch ^^;
I'll just try the Cinnamon constellation thing and hopefully that'll work. :3

EDIT: Well I just tried equipping it again and it worked (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I have no idea what was wrong before :/ Oh well, I'm just glad it's ok now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
