I don't know if I can reply.

but

There's no random events like in HMDS. The only events are the Rival events/ Heart events / Dog and horse events.

But if I remember correctly. There an event with Wada were you unlock his tower. He has to have 8 hearts (?) Then the jungle sprite will move there and give you random items everday.
