Maybe the ginger cat and/or black cat, and if there's that huge doggie again, who's practically taller than you, I want him, too. I tried as hard as I could, but couldn't get that beagle to become my friend for the life of me in ToT. T-T (Does anyone else ever look at the abbriviations for ToT and see a crying smiley?)

I'm 21, and graduating college soon. Most of my college friends either play HM or have at least heard of it. My 24 year old brother plays it, albeit not as fanatically.

But yes, I also went through a period where I got a little bored with it. Magical Melody and A Wonderful Life really is what drug me back, though I've owned every version. I just haven't gotten as excited over the other ones (PS1 and PS2 versions).

And I'd have to agree -- I'm 16 (which is most definitely a peak in the peer pressure/that's so embarrassing era of your life) and I love HM. Though, I'm easily distracted, so I haven't played it in forever, but whenever I start talking about EAM I get really excited. Ah, well. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion.

Wasn't someone saying 30 pages or so back in this thread that they had a problem where Mayor Hamilton came and yelled and them, and they didn't know why? I read On Ushi No Tane that if you don't put out a bonfire with your watering can, Mayor Hamilton will come lecture you about fire safety the next day. Maybe that's what that person experienced??????

Anna died 20 years ago, BEFORE Renee was born. Which means Renee is either younger than 20, or exactly 20 years old depending on how close Hannah was to having a baby when Anna died.

She could be the same age as Luna.

I never tried, can you put out your bonfires in ToT? I know you couldn't lite them when it was raining, but I never even thought of putting one out with the watering can.

well Anna was Renee's grandma right? I havent seen the event and cant read Japanese so idk. do they actually mention that Anna died before Renee was born?

and either way. its legal to marry anyone. if theyre 18 or older they dont need permission, and if theyre younger they can wed as long as their parents are ok with it.

I read on Ushi no Tane that Hamilton DOES get angry at you for leaving the bonfire lit...and you can even lose hearts with him. It's pretty funny..." Only YOU can prevent forest fires! " Lmao. Anyways, I'm glad to find that out because from then on I've been putting the fires out with my watering can when I was done with them.

Lol thank you for saying that :P And trust me, in the game the ice cream looks very gewd (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I wouldn't mind trying them all myself. I like carrot juice...but usually it has orange juice mixed with it like in carrot cake, so I'm sure the ice cream wouldn't be too bad haha.

Haven't you ever seen Iron Chef? Morimoto makes ice cream out of EVERYTHING.
And the judges always love it, if I remember correctly...

I'm a bit skeptical about the ice cream flavors, especially the carrot and yam... and I can't wait to start my own little candy shoppe, and start giving out candy to all the villagers!!!

And it totally annoys me when the character just stuffs their face with the entire dish, and even the stuff the recipe is served in! I wonder where the character gets all those plates and bowls from?...

So does EAM have something similar to a Journey Rucksack where you can continue as your kid? If so, does it automatically go to your eldest or youngerst kid or can you choose?
