I didn't know there was an MTV Canada. So no, although even if I knew about it I'd probably watch MuchMusic instead, seeing as they still play music videos.

Uh, all over the place, although Merrickville and Kanata are the only ones I know by name. And yes I have, when I visit my cousins and see the conventions down there. :)

You're like a mind reader. I just missed it last year, but I've already made all my plans to go this year. If it's as awesome as the FanExpo it'll be worth every penny for the probable $59.99 price to get in.

You're going!? :O My friends are going and I've been contemplating going along with them too. Bernice seems to want to go as well. I mostly wanted to go just to see them again and hang out for a few days, plus it's just downtown. I hadn't decided yet because I was hoping one of my friends from back home would go too and that I could tag along with him to get down there :p

Yeah, I'll probably be going. On the one-in-15000 chance that you see me, I'll be wearing Allen Walker's cassock.
(IMG:https://www.wikispaces.com/file/view/allen_walker1.jpg) I'll be looking much simpler, of course. :)

That's awesome. I don't think I'd go dressed up but who knows. It would be awesome to see you there :P When is it anyway?

It's May 22nd, so not that far off actually. And yeah, it would be awesome to see you there. I'll also be wearing white gloves and I might be carrying my quarterstaff, if it gets through security check.

Did you register in advance to go? I take it you're going with people if you're all the way in Ottawa? :P

Why does MSN think I'm gay? It says "Meet single men near you. View photos!" on the bottom of one of my conversations :(

No, we're not registering in case something important comes up at the last second. And it'll probably just be my dad and I.

It's probably just random. I remember seeing on failblog a dating service ad that said "Hot Sexy Single Women Are Waiting For YOU!" and one of the random women member pictures was of a guy. Lolz.

Ah, alright. I thought you were going with a bunch of friends or something. It's a long trip, isn't it? Is your dad into anime and all that too?

Now that's just silly ^

Ew. MuchMusic is horrible. MTV makes up for their lack of videos by advertising or having bands you haven't heard of that are actually good perform unlike MuchMusic where it's JONASBROTHERSJONASBROTHERSJONASBROTHERS constantly.

What are conventions like?

Yeah, my dad's into anime, in no small part due to me. We watch and read a lot of the same stuff. We've always shared interests in pretty much everything, so I guess it's not surprising.

I've only been to two, but there were plenty of things to do, people to see, stuff to buy, watch, and sell. And there were hot girls in costumes everywhere, which was definetly a plus. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalagrin.gif)

Why do I suddenly feel as though I need a nap? I was fine a minute ago.

You must pick up the rose or the sword. Which do you take?

Depends on the situation, but if it's a nice sword, I think it could substitute for a rose even in the place of a romantic gift. Who wouldn't say no to a piece of elegant metalworking? And if it's a situation where it would be best to avoid fighting you enemies, what could be more symbolic than giving them your sword?

Running away? Duh.

Was Napoleon Dynamite the best thing I could have watched instead of revising?
