Late as in "recently deceased"? Aharhar. Most of the books on my shelf are science text books (EMT, wind energy, a couple environmental sciences, marine navigation), though I have some others, like a copy of the Complete Works of Shakespeare and War & Peace, both of which my grandfather bought during the Depression for a quarter, a cook book, some wilderness guides, a book on hazardous materials, a book on the corsair Jean Laffite, a book on Leonardo DaVinci, a book on Zen, and a novel about a young man who's parents both die from cancer and he has to raise his kid brother.

You didn't ask about any of that but I'm sharing it regardless.

Is Mei lying about being older than she looked just so she could marry you?

I didn't play original RF, just Frontier. I suppose it sort of reflects real life to have a character who looks a little younger than the other people their age. I mean I still get asked by random people why I'm not in school.

How's your alternative energy project going? I asked you to keep me informed because I'm mega-interested. :/

Don't you think 13 (Tori from original RF) is a little early to be marrying a farmer who dies on a regular basis?

You can marry a 13 year old? That seems pretty dumb. You sure she's supposed to be 13?

Yes. 13 is her offical age. I think they'd have changed it for the English localization though.

Late as in after the 1800s. "Intro To American/British Lit" II are their exact names.
Its always interesting to what people have on their book shelves. Most of my books are currently in boxes where I packed them before I moved away and my newest purchases are on the floor. I have a few science fiction books, like Dune, but many are books from my childhood or ones that migrated from my mom's shelves.

Have you ever heard of the band Rooney?

My new form is the same as my old form but with a very nice hat.

Dune was pretty awesome. Never heard of Rooney, do you think I'd like them?

Do you like "Breezy, danceable, coastal, modernized, classic, melodic rock music"?

I think you might, I'm currently addicted to them. Stay Away, I Should Have Been After You and Are You Afraid of Me are really good.

If you had the choice to:

A) Go back in time
B) Go foward in time
C) Go to an alternate universe
D) Go to a parallel dimension

Which would you do and why?

Those are all awesome adjectives, I'll see what I can get my hands on.

I think I'd break something if I went forward or back in time, despite the obvious potential for profits. Alternate universe and parallel dimension are pretty much the same thing, so I'll take a visit there. I hope it's one of those ones where everything is mostly similar but looks different and in some cases the opposite or whatever.

Would you pawn the little old man at the end of the street, if you were really strapped for cash and somehow it would work?
