I think this was asked... Your spouse will ask if you want to have children when they reach 16 hearts (you will have 12-13 once you get married). I haven't gotten to my second child yet so I'm not sure on that one. :p

I thought the whole child looking like the player character was proven false?

no. the kids resembling the main character is still a possibility. we're not 100% on how. or what circumstances are required. but its still possible.

I agree. but so are Anissa and Renee. you marry either of them and you wont know if the kid looks like you or them. (except Anissa's eyes are a slightly diff. color)

Actually, it doesn't appear that your children can look like the main character after all. The only images and footage showing a such a child was from promos made by MMV themselves. Unless your chances of getting such a baby are VERY slim, it seems to have been dropped in the final version of the game.

I need to know, when can I buy a phone? I've gotten Pat and I've done the red, blue, and yellow bells but when I go to the store, they don't seem to be selling a phone. Also I'm wondering, what do these people love?:

I see them a lot and I want to start befriending them so I can easily comeplete Edge's bell when I get to it.

You need to ship "Other" Stuff... Like Mushrooms and Toadstools, Once you ship enough the general store upgrades. You get a nice little letter from Barbara In the mail the next morning telling you that it has upgraded, like with all stores in the game.

Well, I kinda wanted two black-haired kids, but then I'd be the only one with brown hair.....
and I want my kids to take after me, too! :(

Okay not that graphic, but still I would Rip off someones head and fill it with the mushroom if they gave me one as a gift... I only use them when I am gather materials.

Well, I mostly give them to animals(dogs, boar, and the bears) but Kotomi, Ose, Laksha(Blacksmith), and Boan seem to like them. When I give the mushrooms to them, musical notes appear and they thank me. I'm sure there are some others but I can't think of anyone else right now.
