Well, I figured you're American and I'm Canadian. You can use your country's second language to ask questions but I'll respond in my country's second language.

Also I used a translator to figure out what you were saying. I can recognize spanish but I can't speak a word of it.

Americans don't like any kind of British influence on anything that they do, so never.

I live in Vancouver, BC. It's probably one of the most multi-cultural places in North America, especially Canada. I like to think that I'm very accepting in differences :)

Why is glass so magically delicious but bad for your gums?

Besides the fact that I've been wearing a pair of it on my face since grade 2 (let's do the math.. I'm in my second year of Uni now. 12 years of Glasses.) not a huge problem. Well except the one time that my dad got into a golfing kick (we're pretty sure he has some kind of obsessive-disability. He'd get on a kick and would do it NON-STOP. Seriously. We're lucky it's not gambling or anything...)
Anyways yeah he was really into golfing and would golf in our backyard and he put a golfball through my room window. Lucky I wasn't in it at the time. I got home from school and my dad's like "oh, sorry, by the way there is glass all over your room." Sweeeet.

Everything is bad for your gums, stg. (That's my new way of saying swear to god, btw (That's my new way of saying by the way, btw)). They say flossing is good for you but my gums still bleed after flossing, and that's twice a day for at least two months now. Bizarr-o.

Did you know that at some point in American history a decision was made about whether the country's main language would be English or Dutch?

Nope. I just see my warn bar at "0%" all the time and wonder why they even bother saying it. What kinds of things get you warns? Here, at least.

That's pretty swell. I'm glad they chose English, or else I wouldn't be able to understand them.

Which also reminds me of a funny joke (I'm full of these classics.)
The little boy goes up to his mom and goes "Boy, mom, I'm sure glad that I wasn't born in China."
His mom, assuming it has something to do with lead in milk, goes "Oh, well why is that son?"
The little boy replies, "Well I don't speak Chinese!"

Aahahaha. Classic.

That's ridiculously cute. Aw. It makes my heart feel all fuzzy inside <3

Haha I might, actually I was thinking of changing my sig to be a picture of me and Fraser. I want him to do a portrait of the two of us (which will never happen since he hates portraits.) I like the graffiti one he made me though, I'll probably just change it to another one of his digital paintings.

Well, Starbucks makes more than just hot drinks. A tumbler is just a cold drink carrier. If my starbucks carried that I would have bought it in a heartbeat. That's so ridiculous. Actually... okay. Starbucks made a "make your own traveling mug" thing where you could insert your own pictures under the plastic. Those are probably to scale so that you could print them out and put them onto those mugs.

The decision was made in favour of English by only a few votes, I am told. Just imagine; if only one or two people had changed their minds, you'd all understand what Ryuujin means by "jeuj".

Why can't I understand German? I can do French and Spanish and a little Italian but German is all, "Ich bin Confusing. Ach."

Well I sort of assumed that the amount of people who voted would have been little: about the same amount of people who signed the Declaration of Independence. So although a few votes was small, the total number of votes was small as well. It really could have gone either way? I have no idea if that is the case though.

Some people just have problems with certain languages. My friend speaks English, French and Turkish but can't pick up a word of Mandarin.

He plays more than I do. He loves Breath of Fire, he's been playing through BoF3 on his PSP lately. He also loves the Katamari games. He also likes Final Fantasy Tactics, all of the Mario games (we play them whenever we're high.) and he's INCREDIBLE at games like guitar hero, DDR, step mania, and rock band. He's so good at rhythm games, it's intense. We've also been on a super smash brothers brawl kick since we're borrowing his brother's Wii. We're going through and doing all the challenges on the challenges board... we're almost done! Still need to do level 4 target smash in under 32 seconds... gr. So hard!

Actually one of our favorite things to do at parties if someone is playing rock band is for Fraser to go up and go "oh, hey, can I try?" like for the drums or something. Then they'll be like "sure man , this is how it works..." and he'll go "oh okay, I think I get it." Then he'll play some impossible song on intense and get like triple the score of whoever's game it is and they'll go "Ah, you've played before?" And he's like "yeah, once or twice." ((Hahaha ok that story makes him sound like an asshole and he's REALLY not, I promise, he's one of the nicest people I know.))
