Well, they aren't here anymore. I have the house to myself right now, which is a rare blessing. I might go and play chess against myself, or something. I don't know. I might put some old videos I did on Youtube.

Back to the questions, why is everyone already moaning about having chosen Obama? He isn't even President yet, and many people are saying things like, "Oh, why did we pick him?" and "We need John McCain!" and "Vote Rick Astley!" although admittedly only a few people are saying the last. Alright, only me, but hey. He's never gonna give you up or let you down.

True. I measure a politician in measure of scandals, and so far Obama is hovering around "Comparatively Few". So there's a lot of potential in the guy not to fu-...mess things up as bad as say, Jimmy Carter. God, do I hate Jimmy Carter.

Everytime someone said "Gu sho" (roughly traslated it means darn) I would play that clip of Samuel L. Jackson saying "I'm tired of these muthagently caressing snakes on this muthagently caressing plane!"
No scenes would be cut, no metter how graphic or difficult to translate.
It would be rated TV18 and be available only on DVD.

Yep, every day I wake up at 4:00, no joke, try to get back to sleep, fail, give up, and then use the computer surfing Youtube and of course checking the questions threads to see if my inane queries have been answered. It's a rough life, but you get used to it. ;)

I remember reading one of the original Lost Universe light novels (English translation of course) when I was a kid at a cottage resort: for some reason the manager had a copy and he lent it out to me while I was there. I loved it, and when I found out recently that my DVD rental site had an anime adaptation I was so ectstatic that I changed my set to match my renewed interest. Emphasis on renewed: I've literally forgotten everything but Kane's last name, so if the series is faithful it should be a refresher. And I'll be getting Saffy to change my name soon. And thanks for your feedback, but we all know how obsessed Kane is with capes, I doubt he'll be giving it up anytime soon. :D
On another note, I checked Amazon.ca and the original novels in English are upwards of $50 now. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/emot-iiat.gif) So it looks like renting the series will be the only way.
