WakuWaku Owen is also shorter. I think his head is the same height but hes shorter so it looks bigger.

why did they feel the need to make all candidates the same size? I mean, Luna got taller. Owen got shorter. and idk if im the only one to notice, but some people, IE Jin, Julius, and Toby were supposed to have oval-er heads that made them taller, but now have circular heads like everyone else making them the same height.

I don't really think Owen of ToT and Ose of Wakuwaku are like, the same type of character. When you get his romance events, he's a lot more like akward and cute and straight forward with his feelings. In Wakuwaku, his head is really big. That really weirds me out, and he's skinnier too. At the same time aswell Ose of Wakuwaku acts a lot more arrogant and sexist towards women. =/

MaixChihaya - D'awww + lol = Sessy Happy ^__^ I honestly have no idea why people hate these two.. I love them together. I think people take their 2nd event in TOT the wrong way. I see it as Mai trying to guard herself from getting hurt by making it about cooking instead of laying her entire heart out for Chihaya to possibly hurt. Then Chihaya takes it the wrong way and he feels unloved because Mai only wants him for his cooking and defends in the way he's used to. Then Mai gets scared that he's going to reject her and runs away...

I always imagine after that event Chihaya goes and finds her somewhere crying alone and asks "... it's really not about my cooking, is it?" Then Mai goes "*Sniffle* ......no...." <333

That's how I see it anyways :9

Fin or anyone who has the game and is willing, if it's really not that much trouble at all (like in your sister's game or something) I really, really, REALLLY want to see Juli and Kotomi's rival events. They are my favorite TOT couple and if you have the chance to record their events at all, I would REALLY appreciate it. Please don't go out of your way or anything, though!

Haha, those rival events were really silly, 'specially Luke and Sheila's. XD

I think the only thing I don't like about the rival system in the ToT-type games is that there are only two events (and I guess the 5-heart confession advice one for WakuAni?)...Like, it makes everything feel so rushed with the rival couples, in my opinion, so it kinda kills the opportunity for a lot of development like we used to have in games like BTN and such. The whole sudden-ness of Cathy/Ose's second heart event kind of surprised me, especially Harper's whole reaction to the thing with the, "Oh, sure, take 'er off my hands!" >:P Not cool, Harper. I think if we had gotten more events, like maybe a 2, 4, 5, and 6-7 heart event, then I think a lot of players would have been able to appreciate couples like CathyxOse that had a lot of potential with the first heart event, but totally went downhill at the second. D:

On the good side of that of having more heart events, too, would be improvement on couples that were already awesome as it was like Kotomi/Juli and the new Roomi/Gil. :D

Um, I can try to sum the event up, if that's okay...X_x I can't translate it word-for-word, but...

Juli's like, "This is terrible! Kanon hasn't come back home!" and then Juli and Paulina go outside to see if they can find her. Juli asks Paulina what they should do; (I THINK he's debating between waiting for her and going out to find her...) But after some thinking, the two decide that they should both go and look for her...

Before they do, though, Kanon cries out to her parents and runs up to hug Juli (d'awww. <3), who asks Kanon where she's been and that he and Paulina were worried. I'm kinda clueless about this next line, but I think she was on the way home when suddenly she didn't know where she was? But in the end, I think she says she's glad to be home. (That last part was confusing... D: )

...That's not too good of a translation, by the way, but I tried. X_x

You could get Luke and Sheila/Selena married in the Roomi/Luna file and then marry Sheila/Selena in the second file. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalagrin.gif)

...Holy goodness, that is one hardcore cat.

To get it to do stuff like that, do you just have to keep blowing the whistle at it until it learns a trick? Or does it have to be at a certain heart level or something? o.o

...While I'm on the subject of question-type stuff...Has anyone who has the game been seeing these little rubber ducks around Harmonica Town/Caval Meadow and such...? I saw a picture from the wiki of one in the lilypad-pond, while another account of it was found in the watertower by the player's house...Does anyone know if this actually means anything, or is it just some crazy easter egg Marvelous put in for fun? :P

Don't know about the ducks, but I don't think heart levels go with animal tricks. Just keep having it do the latest trick it knows, and it eventually learns a new one. Because it capped hearts pretty quickly and I still got new tricks.

Edit: On a side note, I just checked the carpenter for the level 4 house upgrade. 150000g and 600 lumber and 600 stone o_o

Yeah, I'm working on all the building upgrades right now (and the treasure hunt sidequest)... the lumber requirements are easy enough, it's the cost that kills. (I went on a clothing shopping spree for me and Kanon during the New Years festival (and there's STILL tons left for me to buy!)... and then I sold my contest prizes to get enough money to buy the water mill by my farm... so I only have like 2000G).

I found the easiest way to get lumber: New Years Festival contests.
If you bring in a super-valuable stone like a Diamond to the Mining Contest, you'll get 1000 stone.
If you win the Foraging Contest, you'll get 500 lumber.
(and if you win the Fashion Contest, you can get 10 shining silk threads, which will sell for ~20,000G)


Oh, and here's the final news about the Circus animals:
Once you get all 3 animals back to the circus, Theodore will let you call Yunica, Griff, or Drago in certain places using the animal whistle so you can ride them.
