Hey Nurse, I was wondering if you knew at what points do shops upgrade? I've been checking the Rucola's shop over and over and it's been the same. But out of nowhere the blacksmith just got new upgrades available.

I figured it might be tied to selling stuff, but I've sold 8k-ish amount of crops, and only 4k-ish ores. So I dunno why the blacksmith upgraded.

Sessh, I think that kids do grow up faster in this game. The pregnancy doesn't seem to last as long, and rivals have their children earlier, too. I think instead of one full season, it's been shortened to 1/2 season, because they had their kid 14 days after getting married.

Speaking of which, Roomi and Gil had their child! Her name is Vivian. The rival babies also resemble their parents, and show up in their house, so they aren't like stuffed in a closet or anything (really, where did the rivals hide their kids in ToT (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) ).

She named her daughter Kanon.

--I think you can buy an incubator at the General Store. But I don't think it would work for ostrich eggs.
--Koron's quest: try talking to Rucola at the vegetable farm.

You're actually given a choice of whether you want a son or a daughter, but I let Juli decide and he said he always wanted a daughter so... she was born Spring 12th, I named her Kanon. Purple hair and red eyes... so it's not just the sons that take after fathers. I have a feeling now it might be the first child that resembles your spouse. And you can most likely have 2 daughters-2 sons. He also asked me how I would want her to grow up-- so I guess you have some choice in your kid's personality, too...

I'm continuously impressed with this game. Seeing the rival babies seems like a small addition, but it's definitely a plus when put up against "lol where'd little Van go?! Anissa was JUST holding him!"

Hey Fin. I have a question. One day, I was milking my cow, and some text came up. I couldn't really read it. All I know is something drooped? Dropped? I dunno. I'm sure you probably ran into this before, what do I do?

And also, the quest for Rucola. Is it 10 of everything, or 10 total? I gave 8 lettuces at the end of spring, so if it was 10 of everything, I'd have to wait till next spring (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalacry.gif)

I've never encountered that event before (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) I know that when an animal reaches 10 hearts you'll get a Power Berry, but I don't know about that.

For Rucola's quest, you only need 10 of one thing, with a good rank or higher.

Dang it, so since I missed the cabbage one, I have to give her 10 tomatoes now huh. Oh well. I hope with this, Thyme comes back so I can buy corn seeds. For some reason, I still don't have random seed bags in the shop. Thyme does come back with Koron's bell, right?
