I guess some women can swing brooms pretty fast, but saying they are just as good as men? Thats a little drastic. Can't fight monsters without breaking a nail or two, so I doubt women would even want to.

But I really don't mind playing as a guy because some of the times the girls are hotter than the guys..but I'd still like the option... I agree with that. Sometimes the female characters are just more fun. Like in Harvest Moon A Wonderful life. All the girls rocked, but none of the guys made me want to marry them... *Dodges the rocks thrown by Gustafa, Marlin, and ironically Rock fans*. In that case, I'd rather be a guy. However, when I can't be a girl and there is a male character I really want to marry, it makes me sad. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalacry.gif) |

Everything comes down to the individual. Gender hardly makes a difference. |

Uh, yea it is true. A standard man is bigger and stronger than a standard woman. It physically impossible for a woman to beat a man at anything even close to fighting monsters. Unless the woman had much more training or the guy was gay or something.

Unless the woman had much more training or the guy was gay or something. That makes sense in a situation where there is a male and female equally skilled at fighting, the guy would usually have the advantage. But the fact of being a guy and having no fighting skill versus a girl with fighting skill, the girl would obviously win. So you really can't judge based on gender because some girls are really strong and courageous, whereas some guys are wimpy dorks. It's all based on individuality. Stereotyping is so FTL. Anyway based on that information, it would be perfectly fine if you were able to be a female in the RF series. There are plenty of games/movies/fictional and historical stories where girls are strong fighters. Also you can just look at the military and you'll see plenty of modern day heroines. Haha yeah I've noticed that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I'm not taking it personally, just having a friendly debate ^^ even if it isn't taken seriously friendly debates can be fun ^^ as long as they remain that way, when it turns ugly they're just irritating and I end them asap -_-

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasmile.gif) Yea, and if you put a retarded gorilla up against an intelligent well trained prepared human, the human would win. Normal Gorilla vs. Normal Human? Yea, thats what I thought. But I'll acknowledge women are as valuable as retarded gorillas, if you want. |

But I'll acknowledge women are as valuable as retarded gorillas, if you want. Hmm you can't really compare humans to animals...because the difference between a normal gorilla and a normal human is much larger then the difference between a male and female human. You can try to say you think it isn't, but the facts prove it. Also we were comparing strength, not intelligence. If we want to add that, well it is widely believed that women are smarter then men, but let's not get into that, because either way it can't be physically proven and is all personal opinion. I think intelligence, as well as strength, is based on the individual no matter the gender. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasmile.gif) but I do believe that yes, men are naturally stronger then the average women, but there are women that are stronger then the average man as well. But even so, just because the average man might be stronger then the average woman doesn't mean women are weak. But I must admit, it seems the majority of the female population is weak, but there is a high percentage of women that are strong too. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasmile.gif) But you are free to believe what you want to believe, no matter how silly and non-factual the reasoning (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasmile.gif) ( please don't take this offensively, I'm not saying your reasoning is silly and non-factual because I do not know your reasoning, I'm just saying that people can still believe what they want even if it doesn't make sense to others. Unless the woman had much more training or the guy was gay or something. I can admit that, but women are generally smarter. No offense, it's just how the stats go. Fighting isn't just strength and I think that's the assumption you're making. Even if a fighter is more talented strengthwise they can lose to someone who uses strategies to their advantage. Thus, I still don't think it makes a difference. In the end, it's kind of evened out. ...and I seriously doubt it matters if a person is gay or straight... |

Would you rather fight Mike Tyson or Elton John? Mike Tyson-- because it would be a challenge! Just kidding. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) What I mean is that not all gay guys act the way they are depicted in films and stuff. In other words, not all gay guys enjoy shoe shopping and use the word "fabulous!" all the time. Again, it comes down to the individual. |

Don't be sad Nael, all that means if women can figure out how to do laundry more efficently. Nothing important.
