It seems to me that those watermarks are ridicu-huge. Particularly on any of the smaller images.

Yeah I'm still working on that. The dumb thing has a one size fits all option, but the majority of fan art we get (at least recently) is large enough where it doesn't really take up much room.

You could just put the net addy, and bold 'Ranchstory' in the address.


...Or maybe just put 'RS'. Anyone knows the meaning of 'RS'. I mean, It's like the capital of the internet.

Aaaactually, I do have a couple pieces in my sketchbook from recently and a while back that I could upload, enhance, and digitally make bootiful and colorful in my free time. I'd be happy to submit those if/when I finish them. ;]

I already made a submission myself. I was thinking of doing more, but such works of art are truly time consuming and I'm not sure how I could ever manage to devote my time. Since it's not in the gallery yet, go ahead and gaze upon it below and gaze upon it well.

Heheh, actually, some do; some don't. When I first joined, Charmy said "Welcome to RS." And my first thought was: "Runescape?", but then got to thinking it was Ranch Story after I had looked over the forum more ;)

Jitterbug: Sure, I can add a new category if we get many. I think the maximum image size is 1024 by 768, so if your comics are smaller than that, they'll show up just fine.

Sweet! A better, less intrusive watermark. The old one was driving me crazy. =\

EDIT: Yay for staying up until 4:30 am programming the ability to transfer over permissions on the individual gallery images. Now the ARTISTS can edit their OWN image content, AND have their images linked to their profile! <3 This is actually pretty huge news. =o

I'm not even going to consider programming a way for people to upload their own fan art into the categories, that will take days. x.x;

I suppose so, but only if it was your own artwork and you could somehow prove it was drawn by you.

Should I give you the images here, or am I doing something wrong?

Just do it here and I'll bug Jason on messenger. We had a problem with some bots registering then PM spamming everyone they could so fresh registerees can't PM and stuff.

(for some reason when I zoom on my image, the image becomes a bizarre size. I'm not sure why :/. I'd fix that for you, but I'm not sure how to. )
