Tailor Shop, Please help asap! Options

HOW DO YOU GET THE TAILOR SHOP?!?!?

I did everything I needed to do, had the first sprite by summer 20, and then today (fall 1) I looked, and they still aren't there! What am I doing wrong?

Not to sure on this but have you had a arriving people thing scene? And, I think they come on a particular day of a month, so, you may have to wait a while if I'm correct.

You must complete the Rainbow, and if you did it on Summer 20th, then they should be there on Fall 1st. You cannot however meet them until the 2nd, seeing as how the fiest day of any season is Sunday.

I didnt know I had to get the sprites so soon in orer to get the shop....does that mean I cant get the shop now?

You can still get the shop, it will take a bit though, as you have to first do the first rainbow I belive, then you have to wait
another 15 days for the owner to arrive (not sure if its every 15 days that a new person arrives, or on the 15th and end of each month)

You can start getting Sprites whenever you feel like it but the new townspeople won't start arriving until the 1st and 15th of each month.
And everytime a new villager comes you will be alerted of it and told where to meet them.
