Where am I supposed to meet Taylor after he comes over on the Ferry?

I've looked everywhere and theres no Taylor in sight. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalacry.gif)

I thought he was supposed to introduce himself to me, but maybe not? Is there a specific time or weather condition for meeting him?

Also, no one seems to have noticed that he came to the island but me- I got the message when I woke up and the most anyone's ever said about him is Craig talking about what a wiseguy he is... everyone else was preoccupied with the fact that it was snowing...

Ah, forget it~ He finally came around almost a week later after I left my house around noon(which I never do so that's probably why I never saw him).
