I have found the first four sprites, town square, maple lake, brownie ranch, and Gull Island. I read that the last sprite was on Gelato mountain but I can't find him. I have access to the harvest goddess spring and I don't see him there either. Can someone help me?

He is at the Mt. Gelato Peak, you get there by going across Alan's Rainbow (red sprite).
