Yes, you can get the dog and the horse whenever you meet the requirements. I didn't get my dog until Winter 1st year 1, and my horse until Winter 11th year 1.

How exactly does the stylus movement work? I assume that it's just dragging the stylus around, but is this game prone to scratching up screens?

I know that you have to have a yellow wonderful equiped to your hammer to get in, then you have to by the seeds from Chen, and I think you just sow them, you don't have to use your hoe. Then to harvest it you have to use a sickle with a yellow wonderful.
I think thats what you do, but I'm not sure. |

Befriend Taro and get the fishing rod. If you use it well, you can make amazing amounts of cash.

For the record, Seaweed is also a very good item to ship at the start of the game. Well, at least from what I know.

Seaweed's on the rock at the beach in Spring. Just poke it to check it. Taro comes to your house in the morning when you wake up to give you the rod.

Probably not the place to ask, but does anyone have an average idea how much IoH may cost in Canadian dollars?
