After you get the DNS/Subnet/IP and all that other jazz from this thing
(IMG:http://www.portforward.com/networking/winxp-ipconfig.jpg) log into your router from your computer. It should either be: 192.168.0.1 192.168.1.1 Which should be the same as the default gateway, you just type the number into your browser like that. My router crashes if I use FireFox so I have to use IE when I do this, not sure if you'll have the same problem. It should ask you for a password, type "admin" to log in. No idea what you're doing right now but if you get past all this stuff then I'll continue. |

It's pretty complicated stuff, Darth, pretty much when my brother first messed around with it, he took out our internet for a week, til he realized he had to reset the router a certain way. Naturally it would be way easier if I could just send my brother to your house and make him do it for you or something, but regardless don't worry too much about it. Do you always have trouble playing online or just sometimes? If Nintendo/the person you're fighting/your internet provider are being laggy then it's gonna take it's toll on PK Thunder, and it happens from time to time, but usually it resolves itself or you come back later and it's smoothed out.

Every time I've tried it at my house it's absolutely terrible. Nigh unplayable, and I blame my satellite internet. Once or twice at a friend's house I managed to play it near flawlessly while doing a random matchup though.

I guess next time if you got a request to start out fighting a specific person, say so, though I can't promise anything. I picked the names randomly and I have no idea how good any of you are, though I would imagine you guys are practicing, cuz $10 is serious business.
By the way, how interested in Mario Kart are people? If I can't get enough people for that I'll probably just have 2 Brawl tournaments a month. |

Haha, I know nobody's in it for the points, but I do want you guys to get something out of winning. If we have 2 tournaments a month it'll probably pick up and maybe we'll get some more people. I'll probably limit myself to only being in 1 tournament a month though, so that other people can win.
LCL, you're fighting Darth, assuming he is able to play. I really hope he can, I don't want to lose anybody. If he goes though, perhaps I can put you up against TB and I'll take on the dreaded Kozunai since TB seems afraid. |
