*sigh* Ah. *shakes head* Darth, Darth, Darth, Darth. If you want to know how to make a big foam head, then simply purchase a foam spray can, then cover your eyes, ears, nose and mouth with some protective covering. Like... saran wrap. Alot. But, put a straw in your mouth, too. Next, spray your entire head with the foam spray can. Unable to see where you are spraying, trust your instinct! Be careful to not spray it on the floor or furniture; by the time you'll be able to see, by removing the saran wrap, later on, It will already be too late. Wait 3 hours to let set, then take a knife and cut out your eye and mouth holes. Careful not to cut out your eyes themselves! Let dry for 12 hours, then voila!
In relation, how about big, green foam afros: Simply purchase a spray can of green foam and shave your head bald. - foam used for under houses will make a sturdy build. Next, set it at an diagonal angle and start from the back of your head working your way up by going left and right until you reach your forehead line or working your way to the middle of your head by going circular. Do not attempt to touch or even poke your hair in order to see if it has successful dried. Do not allow any force, no matter how soft, against your green fro. Wait 24 whole hours. You are now done! |

You would know if you read fashion magazines that there is. 'in' is something those magazines invent to make money. What you want is STYLE, not 'fashion'. 'Fashion' is that garbage they stick on models in Paris that nobody in their right mind would wear. You need to find clothes that look good on YOU, not in a magazine. And THAT, is something that people online can't help you much with. That's something girl-friends are for. |

I would have to disagree, I LOVE fashion. : ) If it's cute, I'm so on that! haha I find myself buying alot of canvas peep toe wedges lately. They are comfortable to walk in and just look sexy! whoo : ) Living in FL I normally just wear alot of tank tops or dresses. Dresses are perfect when you have no idea what the heck to wear..

I only own like... None. When clothes don't fit my mum anymore she hives them to me because I am, like, almost as tall as her. But I only wear them on special occasions, but if it is a special occasion I try to wear fancy top and pants or fancy top and skirt. Never really dresses.

This seems useful.
I'm a guy (in case you might not have known) and well school is coming up in around 3-4 days, I want to look good on my first day. I don't really like American Eagle kind of clothes, like white polo shirts (actually I don't like polo shirts at all) or anything pink. If it helps I could take some pics of wardrobe. I could possibly have them up in 15 hours. |

Well it wouldn't be up to one person to critique, post what you have and we'll tell you what to throw out. Lol, and maybe ShortieLoca can give you advice on what to wear.

I am not helping because I am not too helpful with clothes. I don't even know what a polo shirt is.

It all depends on two things: the message you're trying to convey and your body frame. Gonna give you some ideas, but if you got a particular style you're aiming for, lemme know and I can think up something for you.
I'm gonna guess you're aiming for something to get girls interested. Nice fitting jeans are good with a t-shirt (go for something with a little color unless you're gonna get dirty, and avoid wordy/lots of images). Sometimes it's good to put on a regular white t-shirt underneath another t-shirt just to make your torso look a little better built. Girls love a strong looking upper body. If you wanna look a little nicer, maybe a black button up short sleeve shirt. Khaki's are good if you wanna go for a rugged look (like this guy), but make sure they're canvasy and wear strong work boots. Things not to wear, pretty much no matter what: - Clothes that don't fit right, especially pants - Old sneakers, sandals, or anything a girl would wear - Actually, pretty much anything a girl would wear (jeans/t-shirt don't count - Lots of black unless it's formal or something - Make-up (doesn't matter if it says it's for guys or something) - Hats, unless you're going bald (happens to some guys by 18), baseball caps are ok usually - Sports jerseys, unless you're actually going to said sports game - Sunglasses, unless you're at the beach or something - Any accessory that stands out (like chain wallets or clunky necklaces) - Any fads that sound stupid and you know deep down are stupid but everyone else is doing anyway - Anything that makes you look like you love or want to join the military Keep your shoes clean. Shave, except if you wanna grow some sideburns but keep them reasonable. Get a good night's rest, keep active, brush your teeth, smell fresh. If you're short on ideas, watch sitcoms or something that feature a single guy who regularly gets dates, the costume people pretty much always give them good clothes. If you're trying to attract girls, most important thing of all is your personality, and I'm not really sure anything I say will make a difference there. |

If want to to attract a girl like me:
Wear khaki stuff pants (I love khaki, so awesome). Do never wear tights for they are creepy. Don't wear anything that shows your muscles too much (That'll be the opposite for everyone else, I find muscles creep and scary). Hat's are cool. Wear a jacket? If otherwise I like people who stand out from the crowd for they do not care (in a good way) what other peoople think of you. |

The beauty of clothes is you can change them whenever you want. Personality will always speak much more to attract someone.

Thanks the advice helped. I have yet to shop for new jeans and a new pair of shoes for school, also for another sweater. I got some pics of what I currently have for use.
(IMG:http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd18/Kira_Desho/Clothes002.jpg) Two white sweaters. That checkered one is reversible, but it has a gay looking design inside. I got my friends opinion on the reversed side, they didn't like. So I'm sticking to the checkered side. (IMG:http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd18/Kira_Desho/Clothes003.jpg) Pretty much the kind of jeans I have right now. I have 3 pairs, 2 black, 1 navy blue. (IMG:http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd18/Kira_Desho/Clothes004.jpg) (IMG:http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd18/Kira_Desho/Clothes005.jpg) T-shirts. (IMG:http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd18/Kira_Desho/Clothes006.jpg) And that's what I'm wearing today, it's a saturday and I'm pretty much just staying home. |

The most important thing about jeans is making sure they aren't loose, or it might look like you're wearing diapers or your ass hangs out. That jacket is... ok, but I would see about getting a new one, maybe something less bright and without patterns or anything like that.

So perhaps a plain black hoodie (always go for hoodies)? And to match to it, an orange t-shirt maybe?

Hoodies are ok, unless you're aiming for a punk/emo/goth/whatever sort of message avoid wearing too much black. Dark blue is always good.

AlKo: Just get some clothes that make you feel amazing. There's nothing more attractive than confidence. If I had to suggest anything in particular, I'd have to agree with lindstrom in saying clothes that fit, not too clingy, but not to saggy are great. Something I'd suggest not doing is having two or more pieces of clothing with a print. It clashes just a bit. Just remember, though. Personality is more important than clothes.

Lol, all this fashion "dos and don'ts" talk is really horrendous. Ummmm... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
Here are my horrible fashion tips: 1. If you follow all the advice that the fashion magazines give you, you will either end up looking like a prostitute or an old lady depending on the article's target demographic. Plus, if you take a random person's advice/critique on fashion to heart, it means you are too insecure. So use such things at your own discretion. 2. If you actually worry about looking outrageous before you leave the house, then you need to grow up. Stop reading now. You are not ready for fashion. 3. This is a personal preference, but I cannot stress enough that one should never wear polo shirts, they are polyester disasters and will make anyone look like a miserable grocery-bagger. 4. Jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, etc. are not fashionable. Don't think of them as being really cool and stylish because unless they are heavily embellished, they are not. They are function. You will never be "well-dressed" in just jeans and a t-shirt. Nothing wrong with wearing them, but it's not really fashionable or impressive. 5. If a guy wants to wear eye makeup, he should never call it "guyliner". If he wants to dress up but is so sexually insecure that he can't admit he's wearing eyeliner, then he should lock himself inside his home and never leave again. 6. If one DOES wear makeup (this goes for everyone), coordinate it with the outfit, please. Black eyeliner does not go with everything, nor does it look good on everyone. And now for the most important piece of advice I have to give (courtesy to the fabulous Mr. Tim Gunn)... 7. MAKE IT WORK. Even neon orange dress shirts, rainbow suspenders, and polka-dot bedazzled skinny jeans will have potential. If you want to be stylish, you just have to look at things with an artistic eye. Oh, and refer to tip #2. |
