What Must You Name Your Chicken? Options

I named mines Tori, too. Other than that Ofelia, Nunnally, or Yoshi...I don't know, I'd also remember namming them over Nancy and some others.

I name my chickens different things pretty much, I usually name my animals on something that happened that day in the game or in real life.

Like for Harvest Moon DS I named my sheep Bomby because we had a bomb threat that day at school...it was fake tho, got to get out earlier!XD

I always name my first chicken Amy... I don't know why. And if I ever am raising a chicken just to sell it, then I name it Dinner.

I name my chickens stuff like. Henny,Penny,Linny,Jenny,Dinny. And I have never had more than 4 or 5 so.... never came up with more.

I made up a name when I was drawing this person then used it for one of my chickens, Chimino! These are ones I named recently:
Chimino, Clucky, Rhoda (From Animal Crossing!) Sulie-Anne, Olivia!

I named my new FoMT chickens ; Milly, Cookie, Simon and Don. For some reason, Don always has be an @$$ and gets sick. >:c

Well for the longest time I would always use Kiwi, Miki, Kiki, Kimi, etc. but I've decided to try something new, Now I name my animals after the Characters from the Fruits Basket Manga, like one of my chickens would be Kureno*, then a cow would be Hatsuharu*,a sheep would be Hiro*, my horse would be Rin*, and my dog Shigure* and I add a star to their names to show they are of the Zodiac ^^ too bad there's no rat,tiger,boar,monkey,snake,bunny,cat, or dragon (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) although in AWL they do have a cat, but I plan on naming that one Kisa* cause I want to name my son Kyo hehe ^^ Oh! and there is a pig in MM! can name that Kagura* (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) for the rest of my chickens I plan on naming them after the Guardian Charas in Shugo Chara (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) and my cows will be Komomo, Komo, and momo. Any more I get after that I 'll have to think of later (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I like to have a theme when naming my animals =3 Once I named my Chickens after Zelda characters hehe.

I'm unoriginal, so I usually just name them after characters from a game I'm playing (other than the Harvest Moon itself). But I always have to name one after somebody from Tales of Symphonia. Usually Presea. I think I'll name one Rita (Tales of Vesperia) this time. Oh, and Karol (Tales of Vesperia again)! Because Karol's a chicken! Hah!

... So yeah Tales games most of the time.

I always try to name them different.. But one name that I might consider using again would be Cluckeroonee.. Heh.. Hopefully the name isn't too long enough to try in other Harvest Moon games.. :P

Mr Cow (Yes, always Mr, not miss, or rs, just Mr)

`It gets real annoying because have of them are just Mr something.

I always have a theme. With all my animals. Like, after the song I was listening, or something like that. Like now, my chickens are named after weather-related things. Like Storm, Breeze, Snow, umm, Something, and Flower. But I like themes. They're fun!

I name all my animals (besides my cat/dog/horse) after letters of the alphabet - helps me remind which one is the oldest. Aye, Bee, Cea, Dee... etc.

My first chicken is always named Munchy, after the first chicken I named in HM64 which I didn't know how to feed so it died. I suppose it's ironic.
