I always end up getting male Pokemon. My whole party so far is of male Pokemon in Black. The Zoruark I just yesterday from a wireless thingo.... ENDED UP BEING MALE. OF COURSE. Although I think it would be weird if I started to get female Pokemon all of a sudden.
From memory, with the main Pokemon of my party in past games, only Ninetales and Charizard have been female. Which ones to you tend to get? Or does it seem evenly distributed? UNLIKE MINE. |

I just look up the egg move I want and what parent'll give it on serebii and go from that. *shrugs* The only time it's ever been even the slightest hassle is when I was breeding Charmy a Cubone with Perish Song in B/W, and the only reason it was a problem then is because my Lapras was on my Pearl version and I was having difficulty finding my brother's DS to use to move it up.
I don't really see any point in breeding if I'm not utilizing egg groups. I generally already have the pokemon in question, so it's not like I need more of them, and I couldn't give two shits about IVs. |
