I don't get it. One day I fertilize my soil to the max, best quality. But then the next day there are a few patches that have gone down in quality. Why does it lose quality after only one day? Is this normal?

Very strange. You did seed the soil directly after you got the soil to best quality right?

Yes, right after I fertilized it I planted the seeds and watered. The next day some of the soil was low quality again. I really don't want to have to buy fertilizer every day. :(
