So I'm taking the ACT for the first time on Saturday, and I'm getting pretty nervous. It's been a few weeks since I've gotten out of school so I feel kind of rusty in the knowledge department if you know what I mean. I know most of our older members have taken this (or atleast I think) so can anyone give a rookie any tips so I don't go in helpless?

If writing is required write as much as you possibly can it seems even the greatest short argument will lose points I know I had to take the ACT 3 times before I got a score I was happy with...
Yeah review look at subjects you feel you have a weekness in. mine was basically english related so I did extra review work on those all in all my scores went like this 19 -> 21 ->18 lucky for me they kept my highest score im sure you'll do fine you do get more than one chance. |
