I know what you're thinking.
"Ichigo, you're turning into a crazed fangirl!"

1. Yes.
2. I don't only like him because he's handsome. I think he's a brilliant actor with a lot of talent.

I've seen him in Inception, 500 days of summer, and Mysterious Skin ( it was kind of hard to watch that movie sometimes.. it was a brilliantly interesting movie, but.. so disturbing it was almost painful ). He's very diverse. He can pull off different characters with very different personalities, unlike someone like Michael Cera (even though I quite like him as well) who plays basically the same/similar part(s) in every movie he does.

And yes. Joseph Gordon-Levitt. "That Tommy kid" from Third Rock from the Sun.

DON'T JUDGE ME.

OMG!! SOMEONE ELSE WHO'S WATCHED MYSTERIOUS SKIN WHO ISN'T SOME RANDOM PERSON ON TUMBLR!!

I love myself some JGL! I remembered him from 3rd Rock from the Sun, especially when 500 Days of Summer came out I was like "HEY HE'S ALL GROWN UP!" cause I had assumed that maybe he had quit acting as a lot of child actors do.

I saw Mysterious Skin quite awhile ago but they played it on a channel here where they play mostly indie movies or more unknown movies and I saw he was in it so I watched it and ah... It's a good movie, but it's such a strong movie. Very, very hard to watch at times. Especially when he's with that man with all the lesions all over his body.
I liked it though, it ended with hope you know? It wasn't completely hopeless, you have a feeling at the end that now that especially that one boy knows what happened to him that maybe they can move on to have somewhat normal lives.

And of course, loved him in Inception lol.

And the reason he's not in a lot is because he says he made so much money as a child actor that he never has to work again if he doesn't want to, so he chooses roles he wants to do that will challenge him.

He does come across kind of weird when you see him in interviews {I guess it should be expected he studied French poetry lulz} and kind of hipsterish, but I still like him.

Did anyone else see him on Conan a few weeks ago where they did a headbanging contest and he went nuts and ended up smashing their glass table lol? Oh Joseph...
