Here's my guess based on previous Harvest Moon releases. It will be announced to come out either in July or August. Get pushed backed until August or September (depending on the original release date). And finally not come out until November or December.

I certainly hope not but that is a pretty realistic guess if I do say so myself (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) .
