Yeah. I heard about this.
...........This actually reminds me of a really good anime. It was called Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 and it tried to present a realistic outcome to exactly this situation. Japan has always known that this was a possibility, but no matter how much they speculate or prepare, none of it will ever be enough for the real thing. |
