I just looked it up for you and found some news for myself. X'D
*Copies and pastes* After being married for a month or so. Speak to your wife and she will tell you that she's having a baby. Your wife will ask if you prefer having a boy or girl, or doesn't matter. Which option you pick will determine the gender of your child. After three weeks or so, talk to your wife and she will collapse and you will have your baby deliver. Once this event occurs the game will skip a year. You can also have three children, apparently. EDIT: Here's a video with events. It's in Japanese....
