Intelligence Test, Not your regular one... Options

Again, this came in an email for my dad and figured I'd post it here for fun.

It's a quick inelligence test that asks you these random questions that seem really easy until afterwards when you realize that you got the simplest questions wrong.

And now after seeing the answers, it makes a lot more sense although one of the questions is still really confusing me lol.

Hm. I missed the California one, but that's only because there's really no law saying a dead man can't marry his widow's sister. It's impossible, to be sure, but illegal, not so much. Now, I do believe that necrophilia is illegal, but the question said nothing about the widow's sister having dinosaurs in the room with him.

And yes, for the record, I do take things far too literally. It's a curse.

It would be tax fraud at the minimum. Fake marriages are illegal, too.
