I was always skinny, until my transition to 4th grade. 4th grade didn't only bring new friends and new stories, but it also brought a new school. Me being very nervous about going to a new school, brought me food and food, and food, and more food. I plumped up, and since then, I've always been on the plus side. I don't know how much more I can take. I usually have spurts of working out, but then get bored with it and stop. For the longest time I was at 210, but within 2 weeks I've shot up to 220. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of people calling me fat and making fun of me. I'm sick of it.
What I'm asking for is support. I noticed that I can never keep up with working out because I have no support. I need at least someone pushing me, yelling at me when I don't do it, someone to keep me going. I decided that I really don't have anyone around me to really keep me motivated, so I'm deciding to ask my second family: all of you. Basicly, I'm going to work out everyday. I'll come on here, and either tell you I worked out today or whatever. If you didn't notice in the title, my goal is to get to at least 195, even 200 would make me really happy. Hopefully I'll be able to reach that goal. Thanks everyone! ^_^ |

*Blows whistle* DROP DOWN AND GIVE ME TWENTY!
I've been called fat a few times, and even though I haven't weighed myself once for about three years (Err, literally) last I weighed was in the mid-sixties. I wouldn't call myself fat, nor I'd call you, but I started to take up rollerskating three days a week (Not too much, but it's something from absolutely nothing). Or more if we're bored. I go out with Eliza and blade on street paths. Too bad the closest skating rink is in another city. O_O; And I'm starting to walk the dog more. Which I'd meant to do in the first place. Too bad I just recently got kind of sick and Eliza sprained her hand. Suck. But hey! I'LL MOTIVATE YOU! TWENTY MORE PUSH-UPS MAH MAN! As others suggested, eat healthy, exercise. Take a walk or somehting. Ranch Story's behind you~ |
