I was always skinny, until my transition to 4th grade. 4th grade didn't only bring new friends and new stories, but it also brought a new school. Me being very nervous about going to a new school, brought me food and food, and food, and more food. I plumped up, and since then, I've always been on the plus side. I don't know how much more I can take. I usually have spurts of working out, but then get bored with it and stop. For the longest time I was at 210, but within 2 weeks I've shot up to 220. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of people calling me fat and making fun of me. I'm sick of it.
What I'm asking for is support. I noticed that I can never keep up with working out because I have no support. I need at least someone pushing me, yelling at me when I don't do it, someone to keep me going. I decided that I really don't have anyone around me to really keep me motivated, so I'm deciding to ask my second family: all of you. Basicly, I'm going to work out everyday. I'll come on here, and either tell you I worked out today or whatever. If you didn't notice in the title, my goal is to get to at least 195, even 200 would make me really happy. Hopefully I'll be able to reach that goal. Thanks everyone! ^_^ |

Congrats, ZBoy for wanting to help yourself out!
Pretty much everybody has said it all; exercise and eat healthy. But don't exercise too much, right away, either. Start slow. Maybe say "this week, I'm gonna exercise for 30 minutes every other day and starting next weekend, I'm gonna exercise everyday," or something like that. You should also try to go on walks around your neighborhood. Walks/runs outside can be more fun then running on the treadmill inside. Eating healthy is also very important, so be sure to eat healthier foods and cut back on the sodas! Drink water instead. Good luck and you CAN do it! If anybody can do it, it's you! |
