I was always skinny, until my transition to 4th grade. 4th grade didn't only bring new friends and new stories, but it also brought a new school. Me being very nervous about going to a new school, brought me food and food, and food, and more food. I plumped up, and since then, I've always been on the plus side. I don't know how much more I can take. I usually have spurts of working out, but then get bored with it and stop. For the longest time I was at 210, but within 2 weeks I've shot up to 220. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of people calling me fat and making fun of me. I'm sick of it.
What I'm asking for is support. I noticed that I can never keep up with working out because I have no support. I need at least someone pushing me, yelling at me when I don't do it, someone to keep me going. I decided that I really don't have anyone around me to really keep me motivated, so I'm deciding to ask my second family: all of you. Basicly, I'm going to work out everyday. I'll come on here, and either tell you I worked out today or whatever. If you didn't notice in the title, my goal is to get to at least 195, even 200 would make me really happy. Hopefully I'll be able to reach that goal. Thanks everyone! ^_^ |

Good for you Zboy for making that kind of goal, but remember you have to take time out of your day to do so, and don't start slackin by skipping a day because that'll make you less likely to do it. Also don't push your self too hard too soon. Don't be throwing yourself in like extreme 5 mile runs and tons of lifting (now I know you won't do that, but still watch yourself early on) because your body won't be able to adjust that fast. Try to eat a little more healthier too, add a bit of protein in your diet to help build a little muscle if that's what you want, but for just losing weight watch your carb and fat intake. Don't just eat salads either because their just a filler, just try moving your diet from junk to fruit which it's natural sugar helps out, I'd actually recommend grapes since they're a personal favorite. Hope it works out for you, and if you ever feel down about working out just remember your goal and how good it'll feel to reach it. I'm sure if you need support that there are plenty of people here that will be glad to help you out. I think all the motivation you'll need is focusing on your goal. Works for me when I do fitness work, which lately myself have been slacking on (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
