Grounded!, Help if you can!! Options

OKay, I was playing HM animal Parade in my wii, like I normally do, and suddenly the tv goes black and says that there's an error and that I should remove the CD and turn off the console and read the manual. So, I turned it off and plugged it back on and the same thing happened, but this time it wasnt seeing the disk at all. First I thought it was the game, but it's new so there are no scratches on. To make sure, I put in another game and the same thing happened soooo I'm guessing that it must be the lens or something. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif)

If someone experienced something like this, please let me know how did you solve the problem.

If they're fixing it then I doubt your memory will be touched, unless the memory part of the Wii is fried, then yes, you'll lose everything.

When did you buy this Wii?

When my brother's xbox had to be sent away they sent him the box for it and a sticker so he didn't even have to pay for shipping.

If you play your Wii alot, it may be super dusty inside and also won't help it's longevity.
