Grounded!, Help if you can!! Options

OKay, I was playing HM animal Parade in my wii, like I normally do, and suddenly the tv goes black and says that there's an error and that I should remove the CD and turn off the console and read the manual. So, I turned it off and plugged it back on and the same thing happened, but this time it wasnt seeing the disk at all. First I thought it was the game, but it's new so there are no scratches on. To make sure, I put in another game and the same thing happened soooo I'm guessing that it must be the lens or something. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif)

If someone experienced something like this, please let me know how did you solve the problem.

It kind of made some sounds and then went black with the error on the screen, but I'm going to call nintendo and send it since that's what I've been reading in other support forums. I have a question though, did you paid something to get it fixed at the company?
