So this one needs a little explanation first...

In the province in which I live, all liquor sales are made through province own/operated stores (LCBO). Because my province is semi-socialist (by some peoples' standards), alcohol is highly taxed to discourage over-drinking.

Here's the irony: I can buy a Rockstar energy drink with 6.9% alcohol for LESS than a regular Rockstar (no alcohol).

Discuss ironies you notice in your lives.

Just the other day my dad was taking us to pick up my friend's mom from work, and we got in this long line of cars. Turns out the cause of the line was a red light, just across the railroad track. As soon as the light turns green, the crossing bars come down, and the train goes by. After the train is gone, the light stays green just long enough for the the bars to come up then turns red again.
