What are some cool areas of your neighbourhood, town, or city? Anything you'd love to show someone if they ever visited? What makes where you live interesting?
Try to avoid posting anything that might give away the exact whereabouts of where you live :p That's not the goal! I was discussing a portion of Toronto's subway with Toaster Boy that I always found exciting. Essentially, you go out a tunnel underneath a large bridge where you are suspended by what may be ten stories above the ground. There is an incredible feel of awesomeness and fear as the subway makes the crossing. I really can't describe it much better, as you'd need to experience it yourself. Buuut, I did manage to find some videos people have posted which almost do justice. |

Back when the King Tut exhibit was there. I swear I've been to that museum so many times it's not even funny. Seriously, I don't think it's normal for a person to have gone to the same art museum 25+ times. (IMG:http://www.walkstop.com/blog/images/20080713172124_dallasball.jpg) I've been wanting to eat at this restaurant for a long waffleing time. They just finished remodeling and apparently some new management's moved in and made the place better. >:D |
