Have any of you ever felt that you're getting too old for video games? Lately I've been feeling like that. I still like them, but I feel like I'm getting too old. I guess sometimes I feel like a little kid playing some of these video games. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I guess it must be society that is telling me it's wrong...

I think the only game I can't play like I used to was the original Mario Kart, but then again I only tried it briefly a little while ago and had a hard time turning, whereas I probably had lots of practice as a kid. Everything else, I used to take forever to beat and die all the time, now I play through all my old games and plow through them. I suppose that just might be because I remember all the little secrets and strategies though.
I never feel like I'm getting older, like at all. It's like I haven't aged in years or something. I have dreams where I'm still in high school regularly, sometimes middle school. |
