What do you think the next Harvest Moon should be like? Options

Hey guys here is where you can discuss what you think the next Harvest Moon should be like. The characters, the village, etc.

Here are a few things I would like in the next HM game~

1. Best Friend and Marriage systems. Unlike the system in the Japanese version of HMDS Cute where you could have one or the other. My idea would be to make it so that having a certain amount of FP with someone other than the avaliable marriage candidates for your gender would trigger a scene where the character would ask to be your best friend. Having a best friend could be made benefical, with options such as getting gifts from that friend on special occasions and on the anniversary of becoming best friends, or having certain 'best friend scenes' to trigger, etc, etc. Of course you could only have one best friend, but it'd still be a nice additon.

2. More customizable kids. I admit, the child system in Animal Parade is unbelieveably amazing compared to the normal system, but I still wish they had made it more random as to what the child's appearance looks like. In other words, have the ability to look like you or your husband/wife, and have multiple hair style choices. Other than that, I would like the children to have job ambitions and to eventually have a crush on/date the rival children. This could be random or based on common interests.

3. More romantic heart events. On the DS/GBA games, the rival events always seemed more romantic than the heart events with your character. On the wii games, the heart events before the date and confession seem more like friendship events. Sure it would be a nice addition to have bachelor/bachelorettes give you presents, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be regular heart events too.

That's all I can think of for now, but I'm sure I'll come up with some more later. ;D
