Alright, well seeing as I've only played two of the games, some of my choices might be more likely to change later on. ;P I think I'll just do the games I plan on owning in the future,

Harvest Moon Cute~

This was the first game I ever played, and I immediatly fell in love with Kai when I saw him. We were both born in and share a love for summer, he was a great cook, and he looked so cute! <3 However, I also fell in love with Skye. Flirtacious, confident, romantic, and also very caring, sensitive, and kind....well, what more could you want in an aloof bachelor such as him? But I was still in love with Kai, so I married Kai in my first file and am courting Skye in my second file. Overall, the man of my dreams in HMDS Cute is Skye, because Kai can be the man of my dreams in MFoMT(even though I'm never going to buy the game) ;D *still cannot decide between Kai and Skye for her favorite Bachelor*

FoMT~

This is the only other HM game I've played, although I intend to get others soon. I decided on this opposed to MFoMT for the reason that I'd never played as a guy before, and I wanted to know what it was like for the girls before me that were forced to play as guys until the option to play as a girl was installed. It's quite fun actually, more fun than I expected. I'm currently courting Ann, as she's my favorite Mineral Town girl, so I married her based on that. ;D Plus, she and the main charater make a cute couple, do they not?

Animal Parade~

From what I can tell, this game will become a quick favorite for me, and so I can't wait until I finally get my hands on this. :3 I've had a lot of trouble deciding between Luke and Chase, but after learning more about them, I think I'm more likely to fall for Chase. <3 Oh well, I'll marry them both on a file eventually. And seeing as I'll also be playing as a guy for one file, the bachelorette 'of my freams'(essentially my favorite girl) would be Candace. Her kind, modest, and shy demeanor make her so kawaii, and her love for blue is awesome as well.

Sunshine Islands~

For a while, I had been focused on marrying Will. He just seemed so romantic, noble, and just so cute. But then I sort of read into his rival events with Lily...and he just started seeming a little playboyish to me. :/ So after a little thinking, I chose to marry Elliot. I think it's adorable the way he has little self confidence(very refreshing after encountering the arrogant guys like Rock) and I thought he just seemed so sweet, so I couldn't resist. But then again, my actual choice might differ once I get the game. For favorite bachelorette, I had first been set on the Witch Princess. She was one of my favorite characters in HMDS Cute, and I thought her blushing face looked so adorably out of character. =D However, then I read about Natalie...and well, let's just say I have a tendency to favor girls like her, the slightly cold and distant but secretly sweet and with good intentions type. Nami has still stayed my favorite character, and Natalie seems so much like her, but different. Natalie has this devilish, playful side to her that make her even more interesting. So yes, Natalie would be my favorite bachelorette in this game. Haha, looks like I fell for(in a sense) both of the two siblings, even though they're so different. XD;

This is all for now, although I'll probably come back once I know a lot more about Rune Factory 2.
