Mine is more of a combo between Attract and Sweet Kiss.
Known by my Pikachu Penni, I raised her from a pichu so thats how she got Sweet kiss and Attract the TM. It works great but you have to have good speed and you need a move thats powerful that might cause paralsis,such as Thunder or ThunderShock, and then the other pokemon is paralized,in love and confused!
