Okay. Right now this video takes an INSANE amount of time to load on my PC for some reason, but it does work. Once it does finally load, click the conversation bubble icon with the "..." in it to get rid of the comments flying across the video.
If the video is blank and black, that means Nico Video is having a problem and you should try again later.
