I'm a huge rune factory / harvest moon veteran / fan and I do not like this protagonist.
This is the first time I actually looked at a character and truly, really thought they were a girl. I looked a little lower and noticed a lack of something crucial / skin which is usually there with females, so I was very confused. I have nothing against effeminate boys, in actually being effeminate in features. As in, long hair or a body of a girl's, eyes, personality maybe. This one is actually wearing (what is that? frills? I don't know) and has that hair thing.. He's blushing all the time (the other ones were too but here it just adds to it)... They could have done a lot better. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't someone I'd have to watch marry the girls I like and see/hear all the time. Sigh, the girls shown don't look that great either. Rune Factory 2 didn't have a single girl that I really liked (though Dorothy was tolerable enough to marry.) Edit: Oh. I didn't even notice the "wooly form" behind him or read the other posts. That made his appearance a bit more justified. (Does he have to wear wool? Doesn't explain the hair thing either..Still don't like him.) This post has been edited by Kitty: Jul 7 2009, 01:39 PM |
