The concept was brought up, and I decided I could do it easily enough since I got the guide. I'm still playing RFF and Klonoa's coming out soon, but again, the guide. Hopefully it won't be too tough to stick to. Also, the reason this isn't in the other "Let's all play Mother" topic is because I'm still in the middle of the first game on there. Anyway... let's meet the family.

Hinawa

The gentle and protective mother who's currently tending to the twins while Flint takes care of the livestock back home.

Flint
Father and loving husband, Flint is quiet and reliable.

Lucas

A bit of a weakling to be sure, but a kind and gentle boy.

Claus

Unlike Lucas, Claus is energetic and out going, though he's still a good kid.

Boney

Though far from a vicious protector, Boney is still a dedicated and lovable family pet.

Dear Flint,

Just like you said they would, the children have been running around the mountains and fields tirelessly since the moment we arrived.

Claus is as daring and full of energy as ever, while Lucas is still a bit coddled. But neither one seems tired of playing at all.

My father seems sad to say goodbye to his grandchildren after seeing them for the first time in so long, but we should be home by this evening.

I had forgotten how nice and refreshing the mountain air is. You're always covered in smell of sheep back in Tazmily village, so I really wish you could be here to take in this air.

The next time we visit, let's ask one of the neighbors to tend to the sheep so we can all come up here as a family.

Claus, Lucas, and I were always thinking about you. When we get home this evening, I'll start cooking some of your favorite Omelets right away.

Been busy these last few days so I've neglected the Super Duster Adventure. But back to it!



Alright so I took the secret passageway, and there were a whole bunch of leeches and lobsters in there, but other than that nothing interesting. Anyway, we're out!

Ok we're in, though it looks like the thing we saw before was indeed dropping crap on the already dilapidated castle.

Heading inside, there's a mysterious painting that keeps looking my way and a large statue holding a large metal orb. Without putting much thought into it, I ram the statue.

Couldn't quite get a picture of it but the metal orb totally fell and made a hole in the floor. I jump down and found a conveniently placed scalable wall, which I stapled up for easy access. Oh neat, a present.

Egad, I've been tricked! A ghost was inside and burped in my face, causing me to get sick. Fortunately, there was a mint in a nearby present that made me fell better. As I explore the castle further, I find some jerk ghosts and spiders giving me some grief, but with the use of the thief tools and some well placed boot-to-the-heads, they go down easy. Eventually I stumble upon a room with some easy-going ghosts and what appears to be stuff for sale.

The ghost highly recommends the Rope Snake, with his awesome rope-like abilities in the cool form of a live snake. For the price of 1 rotten eclair, I purchase the Rope Snake.

Friends forever!

Back to the search. However, it's not long into my continuation that I encounter the coolest room in the castle. (click on the picture for an extra bonus picture)

Everyone knows ghosts love to party. While I'm here I can swipe some eclairs from the table for more trading with the other ghosts. Moving on, there's another scalable wall for me to climb, so up I go.

But there's a large hole in the hallway upstairs and I can't get across.

OR CAN I? With Rope Snake's help, I swoosh across the hole and look totally awesome doing it.
Up ahead, as I approach a staircase, a strange girl drops from the ceiling and runs off ahead, but drops something.

I keep moving in hopes that I might track her down and talk to her or something. But ahead, what do I find but some kind of ghost conductor who seems to be conducting a song that is shaking the whole room and causing some objects to go flying around.

With some quick thief tool action, he's not so tough and I put an end to his tantrum. The mouse that was being thrown around with the furniture thanks me for saving him.
