Welcome to the world of (IMG:http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g281/worthlessnewbie/EarthBound/RS/M3Translated.png) The concept was brought up, and I decided I could do it easily enough since I got the guide. I'm still playing RFF and Klonoa's coming out soon, but again, the guide. Hopefully it won't be too tough to stick to. Also, the reason this isn't in the other "Let's all play Mother" topic is because I'm still in the middle of the first game on there. Anyway... let's meet the family. Hinawa The gentle and protective mother who's currently tending to the twins while Flint takes care of the livestock back home. Flint Father and loving husband, Flint is quiet and reliable. Lucas A bit of a weakling to be sure, but a kind and gentle boy. Claus Unlike Lucas, Claus is energetic and out going, though he's still a good kid. Boney Though far from a vicious protector, Boney is still a dedicated and lovable family pet. Now that that's out of the way, welcome to the Nowhere Islands, Tazmily Village, beyond the Sunshine Forest to the home of Alec. He's always doin' stuff in'he? Anyway, on the way out the door... Hinawa Are you planning to play in your pajamas? Scoot upstairs and change your clothes. Yes, Mom... Well, today's the day you head back home. I'm gonna miss you guys. Now to randomly talk to some animals. Cow Moo. (All cows, no matter what they're thinking, go, "Moo." It'd be handy to remember that.) Pig Oink oink. (What the pig next to me says worries me...) Pig Don't worry about it. Chicken Cluck cluck? (You're awake, cluck?) Chicken Cluck! (You late riser!) Frog A story is a series of memories. Memories are remembered with other memories, and in turn become memories themselves. If you don't take care to preserve your memories, you'll forget them. So, please tell us frogs your memories of everything so far... That is what people refer to as "saving". Now then... *hop* Save your game? Why yes! Frog Please be careful out there. Claus is as daring and full of energy as ever, while Lucas is still a bit coddled. But neither one seems tired of playing at all. My father seems sad to say goodbye to his grandchildren after seeing them for the first time in so long, but we should be home by this evening. I had forgotten how nice and refreshing the mountain air is. You're always covered in smell of sheep back in Tazmily village, so I really wish you could be here to take in this air. The next time we visit, let's ask one of the neighbors to tend to the sheep so we can all come up here as a family. Claus, Lucas, and I were always thinking about you. When we get home this evening, I'll start cooking some of your favorite Omelets right away. With love, your dearest Hinawa.
