1. White: Go deeper into Whale Island Cave until you reach an open space area with Tower
You'll notice white Iris watering flower, but you can't do anything now
then after Rosetta store has opened (16 Spring, if I'm not mistaken), talk to her and she'll tell you something like 'Moondrop flower which blooms under moonlight will turn more beautiful'
buy Moondrop Seed then plant it in the field front of White's Tower
After it blooms (4 days), go to that area again after 6 PM, and now you can interact with her

Black: This is storyline, almost final battle part, so you wont miss it
but she's in the room with the Giant Door behind Giant Ice Block in the Snow Grass Ruin 3rd Floor or whatever it's called now

2. LP 10, Get Wedding Bouquet with You, Big Bed, Have cleared her big event and on date with her (yes, you can only propose on certain time now, 4 chances every year)

Wedding Bouquet: Lvl 20 or above crafting skill
Recipe: from Stella after you've a girl with 8LP above
Ingredients: Green Grass, Moondrop Flower, Toyflower, Pink Cat Flower, Blue Rose
To get Blue Rose: Talk to Ganesha and she will give you a White Rose. Put it into Seed maker, then plant it. After it blooms, wait for 2 days more, the white flower will turns into blue.

3. 2nd Summer, Automatic.
